PHYSICAL FITNESS
It comprises of cardio respiratory endurance, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, co-ordination, balance, accuracy and toughness. In order to pursue fitness par excellence, one must physically train in order to optimize performance in all of the physical abilities. People who do not understand that physical fitness is a compromise, they feel that more longer aerobic training indicates higher level of fitness is predominate.If one looks at the physical fitness industry, it can be seen that the industry is more concerned with maximizing specific skills rather than building better humans. Physical fitness optimization is considered to be the most acceptable and deliberate compromise of competence and ability to perform in all the areas of endurance, strength, power, flexibility, accuracy and toughness to produce optimum performance results under the greatest amount of circumstances.
True physical fitness is concerned with the physical ability to perform the widest variety of task under the greatest diversity of circumstances.


It refers to the ability to perform daily tasks vigorously and alertly and energy left over is used for enjoying leisure time activities and meeting emergency demands.
