Fitness can do a lot of things for us, it can build and repair bones, increase strength, stabilize blood sugar. Elevate mood, create flexibility and reduce body fat and increase lean body mass.


It refers to the ability to perform daily tasks vigorously and alertly and energy left over is used for enjoying leisure time activities and meeting emergency demands.
