There are a number of fitness program available:

PILATES FITNESS PROGRAM

This program was developed by Joseph Hubertis Pilates in the early 1900's. It is based upon developing and improving body posture and flexibility of movement originally using the resistance of springs. This fitness program can be practiced using specially designed equipment or performing exercises based on the Pilates system.

AEROBICS FITNESS PROGRAM

It is a fitness program which is available in different formats but basically involves lots of movement such as kicks, arm raises, lunging, bending and stretching. The frequency of movements depends upon the current level of fitness. This program can be followed at home using a video or at a local gym.

STEP FITNESS PROGRAM

It is a form of aerobic exercise which involves steeping on and off a step quite often to music. One can see the DVD or join a local gym for that purpose.

These exercises are effective in burning calories and they can easily burn fat tissue as long as they last more than forty minutes without stopping. The energetic support comes from fat acids which are mobilized from the adipose tissue. It is a condition which helps one to look, feel and do the best.
